NEW mom Katy Perry looks to be setting down new roots for her growing family, as she was spotted looking at a new home in Santa Barbara.
The popular coastal spot, two hours north of Los Angeles, is Katy’s home town and she looks to be ready to bring up her newborn daughter in the same spot.
Katy was joined by a friend as they toured the $4 million home, while fiance Orlando Bloom and their baby girl Daisy stayed at home.
The California Gurls singer looked around the two-bed, two-bath beach home in a casual pair of exercise leggings and a matching striped hoodie.
She wore a baseball cap pulled low over her head, and had her protective mask around her chin ready to be pulled up in front of strangers.
The home has two courtyards, one with a gazebo and palm trees, while the other has an outdoor dining set and sun loungers.
It’s only the second time Katy ha been seen since she gave birth to her first child, Daisy.
The 35-year-old pop star stepped out in public for the first time post-partum in September and splurged at a home goods store in Santa Barbara – where she welcomed her newborn daughter last month.
Orlando, 43, and his wife-to-be welcomed Daisy Dove Bloom on August 27.
The proud parents shared the exciting news with a statement on the Unicef website, as they are both Goodwill Ambassadors to the global organization.
They gushed: “We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter.
“But we know we’re the lucky ones and not everyone can have a birthing experience as peaceful as ours was,” they said of tough times in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
The Lord Of The Rings star and Teenage Dream songstress first announced her pregnancy back in March.
Soon after, the happy couple shared that they were having a baby girl in a pink foam gender reveal.

Over one year later, the pair got back together in April 2018 and became engaged on the following Valentine’s Day.
